These terms apply to the cleaning and restoration services provided by Steam Police. By calling us, booking online, or sending a message, you agree to these terms.

If you opt in, Steam Police may send text messages about your appointment and service. This can include appointment confirmations, reminders, service updates, and occasional offers if you choose to receive them.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to opt out. For help, reply HELP.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We will work with you to schedule a time, look at the job, and complete the service. Estimates are based on what we can see and what you tell us. If we find something that changes the scope of the work, we will let you know before we continue.

You agree to provide safe access to the areas we need to work in and to let us know about anything that could affect the job.

Steam Police is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the service we performed, except where the law does not allow that limit. We are not responsible for issues caused by preexisting conditions, hidden damage, or events outside our control.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
